Wow, Miami football might be in for some hurt for the first 4 games of the season. I mean, OK, GT, FSU, VT. come on, I can see them not winning a single game. an 0-4 start. that can just kill the hopes of that team right out of the gate. that defense needs to be spot on for at least 2 of those games. there not winning 1 of those and thats for sure. Oklahoma! i dont know if i want to see what the score is at the end of that one. Good Luck Miami, your gonna need all you can get!

so I've noticed that UF is in the lead when it comes to who should be the team of the decade in Dodds poll. I however beg to differ. there was a 5 year period, 01-05, where UF never had a 10 win season. sure they've done well from 06 on, but that is not a decade. take USC for example. since 02, they have always had a 10 win season and won all but one bowl, which was the Natl championship to a supurb Texas team. also, other teams on that list have been more dominat than florida. look, dont have a short memory with this. three 8-5 records and one 7-5 record doesnt sound like a "team of the decade" to me.

College Football is my first love. I take it for granted when the season is on, constantly looking forward till the big games instead of just sitting back and soaking it all in. oh well, thats just what fans do. off season is a b*tch. everyday I go through my favorite blogs like espn's college football nation, bulldog blog, rivals, AJC, and dogbytes just hoping to see something new, but no. I continue to read about how good players are expected to do this coming year and it seems to never get old. ok, Im bored so Im gonna name my top 10. UGA, UGA, UGA, UGA,.... ok just joking. I dont have a top 10, to early. here comes the boss, gotta go.

So, for the second year in a row, the Memphis haters are talking. "oh, memphis is not that good. they're in a weak conference. They cant shoot free throws." yada yada yada. Listen up! For the second year in a row, Memphis did what was expected of them. They won the games they were supposed to. Unlike many of their peers at the top like Louisville for example, who got throttled by Notre Dame. NOTRE DAME! Clemson got beat by GA Tech as well as Wake Forest. All these teams are getting beat by teams that they are far better than and teams with loosing records. Hey commend Memphis for winning when they are expected too instead of loosing to a team with a 12-18 record or the over hyped Notre Dame, for which espn felt they needed to show all of their games which by the way, they lost every last one of them. Dont be suprised if Memphis beats your team in the tourney, which you will continue to label them, "Not that good!"
